Q. Is my personal information safe?
A. Absolutely! Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
Q. What is a Ticket Broker?A. A Ticket Broker provides a service...we find tickets to sell, and then we find buyers for them. We put buyers and sellers together and negotiate terms that are satisfactory to both parties. In addition, we purchase tickets on speculation, and then find buyers for these events through advertising and prospecting.
Q. How are your tickets priced?
A. Alpha Tickets sells tickets at "Market Price". This means that we price our tickets based on the supply of tickets available and the demand for them. In additions, pricing is determined by the location of seats and the business expenses associated with obtaining and marketing the tickets.
Q. How do I know that the tickets I buy are genuine?
A. By purchasing from a licensed ticket broker, you can be assured that we have taken the necessary precautions to guarantee that they are genuine. Alpha Tickets verifies all of our sources for tickets and only buy from reliable sources.
Q. Can I cancel an order for any reason after it has been placed?
A. No. All sales are final and there are no cancellations or exchanges.
Q. Will I get a refund if my event is canceled?
A. If an event canceled and not rescheduled, then a full refund will be issued. However, if part of an event cancels, or the event is rescheduled, there are no refunds issued. We are not liable for refunds under the following circumstances that are beyond our control: event postponement, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, nature, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments.
Q. Are the tickets I purchase sold at face value (the price printed on the ticket)?
A. No, our ticket prices include a premium for our value-added service. The price you pay is the current market value for the tickets you are ordering. We specialize in obtaining hard-to-find tickets and resell tickets above face value (the price printed on the ticket).
Q. Who decides how much your tickets are sold for?
A. All ticket prices are based upon the current market value, which is influenced by supply and demand. Therefore, we are constantly updating our ticket prices to accurately reflect the current market value. Our prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Q. Where do you get your tickets from?
A. We buy our tickets from a variety of locations, including; ticket box offices, season ticket holders, corporations, and other ticket resellers. We also purchase tickets from customers with extra tickets to sell.
Q. How do I know where my seats will be located?
A. Your tickets will be located in the area you requests, or better. Exact section, row and seat numbers are not assigned until just before the tickets are released for shipment.
Q. When will my tickets be shipped?
A. Tickets are shipped immediately, usually arriving the following day. Some tickets are shipped within a few days of the date they were ordered. Your tickets are guaranteed and you will receive them prior to your event.
Q. Can I have my tickets shipped to an address different than the address on my credit card?
A. Yes, but only under certain conditions. In those situations, we have to get a faxed permission form from the cardholder that includes a photocopy of the cardholders driver's license and credit card.

Q. Can I get tickets for events not listed on your website?
A. Yes, if you submit an Event Request, we will try to find the tickets you need. We are able to get pricing information on most major events. If you need tickets to a smaller event, you might want to try contacting the local venue where it is being held for ticket information before submitting your request to us.
Q. Don't ticket brokers buy up all the tickets so that the real fans can't get them?
A. No. Ticket brokers generally have a very small percentage of seats to any event and it does not affect availability at all. Most sold out shows do not come close to having enough seats for all the fans wanting to attend.
Q. Don't ticket brokers purchase large blocks of tickets that are never offered to the public?
A. No. Most performers and sports teams assure that this does not happen. Promoters make sure that the tickets are not sold in advance and impose limits when they go on sale so that one party cannot buy large blocks. The tickets that brokers have available are usually purchased at the general public on sale a couple of seats at a time.
Q. Can I check references on Alpha Tickets?
A. Visit our About Us section. We are proud members of the National Association of Ticket Brokers, licensed by the Secretary of State of Georgia and we are also bonded by The Hartford Insurance Company.
