All of Alpha Tickets' Pre-Sale tickets are guaranteed, or 200% of your money will be refunded. Please note that we have never failed to deliver a ticket!
• Live Inventory Tickets Alternately, select specific seating from our "Live Inventory"  These tickets are typically higher in cost, but may be available for immediate shipment. Most of the tickets in this category are delivered 2-3 weeks before the event date.

Please note that for certain events, tickets may be delivered on or before the week of the event. If you will be traveling during that time, or need to make special delivery arrangements, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your special needs.
